Kriya Yoga is an ancient technique that involves meditation and pranayama (breath regulation). It is a path that leads you to spirituality through meditation.

Started practicing at the age of 29. Attended the Yoga TTC Program with gurukul system and completed 500 hours. He is certified USA Yoga Alliance Yoga Trainer with RYT 500. Have and experience of teaching more than 200 hours. Great philosopher and have deep knowledge about the concepts of yoga.
Attended various workshops on Yoga, followed many gurus and have learnt various practices in yoga including the kriyas, asanas and pranayamas. He has an experience of more than 40 years of teaching on the daily basis. He is a living example of leading a healthy lifestyle at the age of 84 and counting.
