Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi
The inner limbs of Yoga guide attention from concentration toward meditation and realization.

Practice note: Use this article as study guidance. Practice gently, avoid forcing the body or breath, and take qualified guidance for advanced techniques or medical conditions.
Dharana
Dharana is the practice of placing attention on one object and returning whenever the mind wanders. The return itself is the training.
Dhyana
When attention becomes steady, meditation begins to flow with less interruption. The effort becomes softer and more continuous.
Samadhi
Samadhi points toward the deepest stillness, where false identification quiets and consciousness is known more directly.
