Yoga School of Bharat – ‘Yoga for the Mind’ gives the significance of two major things associated with Yoga. First, it was introduced and found in Bharat according to the ancient scriptures, around 15000 years ago. Secondly, Yoga is not just a physical body exercise, it is a practice for mind which keeps our body healthy.
Concept and Purpose of YSB
The idea behind starting the Yoga School of Bharat is to share the knowledge, experience and learnings of Yoga on a platform where anyone can easily access, learn and interact freely without any charges or restrictions. Our Yoga instructors have given their significant amount of their life span in practicing and teaching the practices of Yoga.
In this Yoga school, you will find the various videos, text and demos for practicing yoga asanas, kriyas, pranayama and other related practices. Understanding the concept of each practice of why and how we perform them, with deep meaning of terminology with their significance.
Yoga is a practice of living a healthy life by controlling your mind and body. But it can be harmful practice at the same time, if not performed correctly by gaining proper knowledge or without the support of any guru or instructor. Although, yoga is not advisable to perform without the supervision of any guru if you are a beginner. So, we have created a platform where you can find the answers and proper methods with understanding of the concepts, contra indications, counter poses, etc. You can even contact for personal sessions or queries.
This is a completely free platform providing the authentic single hand knowledge from our gurus. There will not be any charge for viewing or downloading any content. You can even clear your doubts and take the live sessions with complete understanding with no additional cost. Our aim is to give the right knowledge and path to start this spiritual journey without any obstruction.
